thanks fro your response. Does QC stand for quality control? If this is the case I did this with plink before I started the phasing. I only wanted to now whether I do have to impute genotypes for phasing to be acceptable? The point is that if I do not impute I will also not introduce some sort of bias into the data that I have to correct for afterwards

why i need to phase my data by Beagle to used selscan software ?
