Convert PSipred output
Hi all. I used JPred for secondary structure prediction and now I would like to incorporate the output of the program into either ESPript or TexShade. The problem is that all these programs or servers do not accept the output of JPred but they require PHD, DSSP, STRIDE etc... Is there a way to convert the output of JPred to on of these? Thank you.
