alignment of secondary structure of template and target
hi I have selected a template for tertiary structure prediction. I have predicted the secondary structure of target sequence. now I have to match the secondary structure elements. How it can be done? by looking at location of secondary structures? by order of occurrence? by number of structural elements? how alignment can be edited on the basis of it? simply how to incorporate secondary structure information for template selection? can anybody help? thank you.
