Known TF-target gene of chicken
I predicted some TF-target genes of chicken using known TF-TFBS information and Transcriptome co-expression analysis. I want to validate my prediction through Transient assay. For this I want known source of TF-target gene of chicken (already validated by experiments like EMSA) as positive control. Can anybody suggest me where I can find the information for chicken?
