Well characterized circular RNA structure
Are there any well-characterized secondary structures out there of circular RNA? know there are many useful algorithms for prediction, but I am interested in comparing some predicted secondary structure to well-known structures to compare. I am especially interested in Drosophila circRNAs and can only find a one or two (mbl in particular) that seem well studied.

The last time I look at that was back in September and there weren't experimentally validated circRNA secondary structures, but I would love to hear if you find out somenthing.
