Hi to all! I'm a computer science student (i know nothing about chemistry...) and I am developing a neural network for solvent accessibility prediction from the secondary structure of protein, using the ICML2014 dataset (https://www.princeton.edu/~jzthree/datasets/ICML2014/). I have also to rebuild the dataset by the pdb files.. i have converted the pdb in DSSP, but now i really don't understand how to extract the secondary structure and the solvent accessibility informations, in the same form of the ICML2014 dataset.. anyone can help me?
