How to extract secondary structure regions based on dihedral angles from multiple PDB files ?
For a single PDB file, secondary structure could easily be obtained based on PDB Header or DSSP/STRIDE definitions. Are there any tools to extract Dihedrals based secondary structures for multiple PDBs (like some 10,000 of them )
Are there any databases or datasets of previously extracted secondary structure fragments (not coils) ?

Not quite sure I understand your question, but maybe sstruc can do the job. It at least outputs the dihedral angles. It's part of the JOY package for protein structure analysis.
