Does such a thing exist ? I know that in a business context there are plenty of things that one can get certified and plenty of companies set up to do this. There maybe something for you in the area of clinical workflow assessment.

You're not going to find someone who can certify that it produces correct results. What you might find is a method to get it ISO certified...though that would be completely useless in reality.
