Genomic Elements from ENCODE/SV Nature Paper

Hi,

I'm looking to find the full set of annotations from "An integrated map of structural variation in 2,504 human genomes", as in Figure 7. Categories are specified in supplmentary in Table 6.5.1 but I am hoping the full dataset for all features is available, if anyone knows where it can be found I would really appreciate it.
