Hi,

I am trying to download the set of transposable elements for which frequencies were estimated in phase 3. The publication is this one:

http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v526/n7571/full/nature15394.html

However, when I download the supplementary material (Table_4_MEIs.xlsx, sheet G) I can see the frequencies, and an ID, but I don't know where to obtain the genomic coordinates of those mobile elements. In the supp file I can only see chromosome and insert position, but they don't have a length or an end coordinate.

I can't find an annotation in the website from the 1000 genomes either. I have also manually checked several TE's (by chr+insertion position) that appear in that table and they don't seem to match the annotation from RepeatMasker for the human genome.

I would appreciate if anyone could point me in the right direction.
