Can someone please tell me, how do we tell that transposable elements have an impact on genome architecture/organization based on their localization in the genome extracted in the annotation files (GFF3). If there is any paper or you have an idea of how do we relate transposable elements distribution and abundance to genome organization please share, I have searched on google but nothing I can find that explains this. Please!!
