How to represent transposons on a chromosome?

Hi Friends,

I am working rice and want to show distribution of transposable elements (Tos17, LINEs,SINEs etc) on chromosome1. My idea is to show them in graphical mode (like markers on linkage map). Please let me know, how I can do this?
