Can't get any genomic islands in my genome on islandviewer

Deal all, I don't know why I can't get any genomic islands in my pseudomonas genome while using islandviewer..... I gave a contig file which has 30-40 scaffolds. Is there any problem on my input or something else... Need suggestions........Thanks in advance...
