How to discover novel piRNA?
Hello,
In order to complete a final course project my professor asked me to build a pipeline to discover novel piRNAs but I can't find any guide, tutorial or something else that could help me in this task. Any suggestions?

Search for papers. Also consider that piRNAs are one type of non-coding RNAs.
What do you mean by "novel" piRNA? piRNA are already poorly annotated to begin with.
