Tool perfect for data repository

Hello everyone

I and my collogues got acceptance to publish our data in Endocrinology journal. They asked to create a data repository before final acceptance. Would be possible to guide me for a perfect tool for such purpose? I really appreciate your help Thanks

rna-seq genome sequence

People typically upload their NGS raw data to NCBI (SRA). Is that an option here? They have extensive documentation on how to do that.

I am referring to Rat germ cells RNAseq data. I will try NCBI. Thank you so much

Yes, just upload to NCBI like everyone else. No need to reinvest the wheel here ;-)

The data analysis was done by Genialis, Inc (Houston, TX). Shall I create a repo on GitHub as well.

Repo's on GitHub are for software. Sounds like you are referring to raw sequence data. For that NCBI SRA or EBI-ENA would be appropriate database.
