Genes in draft genome of bacteria
Hi all, I am new to bioinformatic Currently, i have draft genome of my isolated bacteria. My question is : 1) how do i find which gene is related with quorum sensing? 2) what program can i used for screening if there is plasmid presence in my draft genome? 3) What kind of useful information can we get from just draft genome (can someone recommend me a good reading material for bacteria draft genome analysis). ~thanks
