Are there any bioinformatics tools or databases where someone can find specific gene groups, such as those involved in:

-quorum sensing,

-ROS production,

-cell wall-degrading enzymes in bacteria?

Or should we rely on literature research to identify these genes? I need them for the RNA-Seq downstream analysis.
