DE analysis rna_seq data & GTF file for plasmid
Hi guys I want to do DE analysis for my bacteria rna_seq data. it has genome and plasmid. Do I need to analyze both genome for DEG? I need GTF file for plasmid but I don’t find it in Ensembl Bacteria and UCSC Microbial Genome Browser and ncbi. In ncbi, there is a table of plasmids gene but this isn’t GTF. Where can I find GTF file for plasmid? thanks.
