I am working on lncRNA( long non-coding RNA).I want to analyses the expression of lncRNA using Gene spring.In the analysis type Drop down menu there is Expression,copy number,exon,Association, Pathway, miRNA and RTPCR.Which one we have to select for the analysis of lncRNA

Hi,

Since you are using a commercial package, please ask for customer support with Agilent. You have paid for that. This site is mostly meant for support with non-commercial tools, such as done with R or bash, python, etc.
