I am trying to analyze long non-coding RNA pathway association computationally. My idea is to construct a network with lncRNA, miRNA, mRNA and pathway as nodes. Then cluster analysis of this network will give some insights on their association. I could not find any related work in this area. So, I would like to hear expert comments on this idea.

It would be great help if you could share some resources or references for this work.
