Curiously DESeq2 is not mentioned at that link at all.
Any up-to-date RNA-Seq Analysis Training/Courses/Papers (July 2020)?
Hi all,
I am a neuroscience PhD student. I plan to do post hoc analysis of RNA-Seq data for my systematic review. It is my first time to do such data analysis and I have no idea how to analyze RNA-Seq. As a beginner, I am curious how much time do we usually need to master this skill. You are welcoming to share your comments, suggestions or ideas here. In addition, could anyone recommend me more up-to-date online resources? I already found some papers and videos. Thanks.

Some other big names like STAR and Kallisto are missing too. But there are some workflows listed where they are mentioned.
