Bacteria metabolites extraction protocol

Hello, Everyone, i wanna do extraction of bacterial metabolite. for this i tried to find extraction method in research paper for GC-MS and LC-MS but i find it difficult to get a complete extraction method. So any one can tell me a best protocol for bacterial metabolites extraction.
