How to implement Yabi Importing tools in JSON? Where to find JSON signatures for BBMap, VCF and SAM tools and other bioinformatics software? Should I write them on my own? is there any Yabi cookbook/recipes for that?

I don't know 'Yabi' but there are some avro schemas (VCF, SAM... ) from the CA4GH : https://github.com/ga4gh/schemas
You might have to write the converters, or look into the other projects under https://github.com/ga4gh
thank you for trying to help, but we need to cope with Yabi settings specifically
