I have a study where I need to implement process mining in bioinformatics. Process mining is a data analytics technique, it involves using algorithms and software tools to extract knowledge from event logs, it helps to get an overview of said process and possibly improve it. Are there any aspects of bioinformatics such as sequencing that produce such event logs?
