What does occurrence mean in your context? How many time it is sequenced? Coverage per codon?
I assume you use a gene annotation (gtf file) to delineate coding sequences?
What have you tried to get to a solution to this problem?
I assume this is a follow up to the more mysterious question you had here: codon occurrence in the coding sequence in python
