Computational Research Topics in Transcriptional Gene Regulation

I want to find a research topic in Transcriptional Gene Regulation. My background is Computer Science so I am not familiar with general important topics in this area. I guess one of the problems is Predicting Enhancer Target Gens. What computational problems exist related to Transcriptional Gene Regulation?

What organisms would you like to study?

I've looked at your previous posts - they are about bacteria, prokaryotes.

But enhancers can be encountered in eukaryotes.

Take a look at this review.

You will have to change the topic of your research. And many tools for enhancer-search have already existed.

Thank you. I have changed my subject and I do not study bacteria anymore.
