I am a researcher on SARS-CoV-2. The more I work on it, the more I find it interesting. Yet, interesting does not mean feasible, doable, or/and meaningful, especially regarding the data that can be collected and used. I was wondering, do you happen to know any bioinformatics related research topics concerning SARS-CoV-2? My background is mathematics and/or computer science. So, I'd like to know more about/from the computational/mathematic side. Another side question, is there a good reference of necessary biology/virus knowledge that I can use / search during research ?
