Edit BIOM file - delete samples, rearrange samples?
Hi, Is there an easy way to edit a biom file (16s data)? I use MEGAN to draw taxonomy plots and tree, but in the tree I need to remove/hide some samples, also I need to rename and rearrange some samples and I cannot do it in MEGAN?
