My research areas includes NGS Sequence analysis using illumina, Ion Torrent Platforms, Oxford Nanopore Technology. DNA-Seq, RNA-Seq, sRNA-Seq, Chip-Seq, Medip-Seq, Tumor Mutation Analysis, Personal Genome Analysis, miRNA analysis, HLA Sequence analysis, 

Excelled in NGS Tools, Linux command line tools, shell scripting.
Iam passionate about doing Research.
