ERROR INSTALLING BLAT
I'm trying to install BLAT v2.4 because it's needed for AlignGraph.
Always that I try to compile this the error message is written!
" make[1]: * No rule to make target ../lib//jkweb.a', needed byblat'. Stop. "
Someone can help-me please ? Thanks!

Are you installing on OS X? Can you not use pre-compiled executables?
Here are prereqs to build from source from UCSC support.
