How install software GATB-core and LoRDEC-0.6,thanks very much

and

gatb-core-1.2.0-bin-Linux/build # make test
make: *** No rule to make target `test'.  Stop.

PS:my server is Linux version 2.6.32-279.el6.x86_64 Red Hat 4.4.6-4

Please help me install software for gatb and lordec.thank you very much!
