How to setup Vi or Vim in Cygwin?
I installed Cygwin recently and it came with Vi? But it acts completely differently from the Vi on my work computer (Redhat). I think I read that the version might be different in Cygwin and you need to load a correct either .vimrc or .virc file?
How can I get this to work like the Vi on Linux? or is it Vim?
