blast standalone installation problem
hi, actually i have installed standalone blast. 2.2.30+ version, i followed the instruction they have said,
the actual problem came here, it was said that BLASTDB environmental variable will automatically installed but in computer it was not so, please tell me should i do.....

Try to set BLASTDB variable yourself - this should work.
Instead try to use binary files in bin folder. You do not have to install anything.
