Hello Please tell me how to download whole EST bovine. Is there a way that the total downloaded together?

One way would be to download the sequence from NCBI. Currently ~.1.5+ million entries.

Select "Summary" --> "Fasta" --> "Send to file" (top right corner) --> Create file
