Rna Extraction For Frozen Tissue Sample
I am going to use RNA sequencing for my research project. The problem is I have extracted RNA from my tissue sample (rat colon) and check the RNA purity using the NanoDrop. The 260/280 reading is quite ok around 1.8-2.0 something but the 260/230 reading is less than 1.8 for example 0.5, 1.68 something. The ng/ul of the RNA also measured less than what is needed for RNA seq requirements which is 500ng/ul. But I just got only around 100-200ng/ul. Sometimes I got lesser than that. What I suppose to do? the kit I use to extract RNA is Qiagen.
thank you.
