CRISPR sequence recognition

I need to write a code that can recognize CRISPR sequences in a genome?

Please guide me.

genome sequence

Hello mostafazmni!

Worthless.

For this reason we have closed your question. This allows us to keep the site focused on the topics that the community can help with.

If you disagree please tell us why in a reply below, we'll be happy to talk about it.

Cheers!

Why? I want to do that!

Maybe not "worthless", but note a lot of people get annoyed by single sentence questions that contain need "a code" for X, "please guide me", showing lack of understanding of a) the problem, b) doing minimal own research and c) complexity of software development.

Anyway, so you need a software to detect CRISPRs (clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats) repeat sequence in prokaryote genomes, am I right?

You beat me by 2 minutes :)

Stated somewhat more diplomatically, you've stated that you want to do X. Have you tried? Have you read papers on the subject? Have you put any effort into thinking about this? The answer to these should be "yes", and you should elaborate a bit on (A) what your actual goals are (B) what you've tried so far (C) why that is or isn't working and (D) what of the literature that you've read might be relevant.

If you don't demonstrate that you've put effort into a problem then no one will help you.

Copying for future use.

I think we should be giving a little more details. I think it does not serve as a good example to use only one word, in a case where we want to close a question due to lack of detail, or "what have you tried". Also, it might be perceived as misleading, CRISPR is not 'worthless' afaik.
