I found 4 CRISPR seq and 1 CAS protein. How can I interpret whether this is a functional CRISPR?
So I got 4 CRISPR seq in my genome and they each had 1 spacer. I got a cas protein but it shows that it is "csf2_TypeU" I cant seem to able to understand this or find anything relevant. Also the 4th crispr seq is quite far away. Any one can help me understand this?
