Question about figure interpretation

In the paper I want to generate Fig 3 (http://www.nature.com/articles/srep12335/figures/3) How can one plot length of transcript? The paper mention several tools and none of the manual is suggesting plotting by transcript length. Any suggestion?

I think they were done by RSeQC's geneBody_coverage.py. They name it rather gene body than transcript length, but it means the same.
