coordinates for Transposable Elements
I have to plot a fig similar to Fig 2 of http://www.pnas.org/content/112/44/13729.abstract
I was wondering how can get TE coordinate of mouse genome. There are various sources which can give me coordinate of TSS but don't know if have similar resources for TE also. Any pointers please
I want to take 2KB across TE and 2 KB downstream of TSS to generate such figure

You can get the coordinates from Ensembl, they are found under repeats. How to find transposable element genes in ensembl annotation
