You might have already found the answer to your post!

Yes, Lositan can be used for the detection of both directional and balancing outliers from ddRAD data as we have, directional

loci are highlighted in red while neutral loci are in yellow.

if youhave run Lositan then may I ask you about the interpretation of the output as I find myself the output is ambiguous?
