What is the meaning of P(simulated fst < sample fst) from the lositan output?

Dear Tiago and all,

Right now I am working with outliers analysis with lositan.

I kept parameters as default with two options neutral mean Fst and force mean Fst being enabled, I have

SNPs dataset of 9134 loci from 4 pops, Oman, Vietnam, Indonesia & Taiwan.

I did both among pops and pairwise comparisons.

The attempted and simulated Fst are very high in my data (0.24-0.4) at different FDRs (0.0.1, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2), is the use of Lositan in this state recommended as these populations seemed to by highly divergent?

More important, what is the meaning of P(simulated fst < sample fst) in the output from Lositan, is it like just the usual p-value or 1-p value?

So according to this P when I should consider the locus is at directional, neutral or balancing selection?

I appreciate any help or suggestion.
