Trim barcode 3'
Hello,
I have an question: I have to trim barcode at 3' and the sequence is reversed, cutadapt is able to remove this sequence or I have to do also in the file barcode.fasta the reverse sequence?
Could you suggest a good tool to remove a list of primer in the read?
