Demultiplexing at 3'
Hello!
I have a problem with demultiplexing, I need a tool that it is able to check barcode at the end of the reads (3'). In particular my problem is that 200 reads are not assigned, so if I will check also at the 3' end I can assign this reads (because also in 3' end I have barcode in complementary reversion) . Is there a solution?
