mouse mm10 supporting file for GISTIC 2.0

Hi,

I would like to run GISTIC 2.0 on genome data aligned to mouse mm10 reference genome. I could not find mm10 supporting file for running the analysis. Can any one suggest how to create mm10 supporting file for GISTIC 2.0?
