GISTIC analysis input file error
Hello everyone,
first time in my life I encountered the following error while running GISTIC GISTIC version 2.0.23
GISTIC 2.0 input error detected: Only one sample remains after noise filtering.
I have checked the log ratios. They are ok. Input file structure seems also ok. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?
