How to prepare the markers file for GISTIC CNVkit analysis based on WES data
I'm working on run cnv analysis with GISTIC.2.0 on WES data, but different SNP array data, I don't have a markers file, how do we prepare this file for GISTIC analysis. and what the three column mean? I know the second column is chrome name, but what the other two column mean?
