CNV using GISTIC
I did CNV analysis using GISTIC by taking data from cBioPortal. Now I am trying to do CNV analysis using GISTIC but taking the data from NCBI GEODATASET. What filter should I put under study type for CNV analysis?

Are you on the GenePattern website or are you using the standalone GISTIC tool?
I am on GenePattern. I used the GISTIC2 module from there. but trying to get data from NCBI GEO. What can I choose as the study type?
