EditingSites for mm39
Hi!
Does anyone know where can I find the Editing Sites for mouse assembly mm39? I have searched everywhere and I can only find for the previous assembly, mm10. I'm doing single cell variant calling analysis and my data is assembled with mm39. Should I re-run everything with mm10?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

What are "editing sites" in the context of a reference genome?
Sites that are edited by ADAR enzymes, for example. Look at these:

I'm currently thinking of skipping this step, as it is a filtering method...
