I'm looking for tools to plot clonal evolution and was hoping you could help. I've noticed that dendrograms and fishplots are commonly used, but I'd prefer not to create them from scratch. I came across the CloneEvol package, but it seems to lack ongoing support or maintenance.

I have single-cell RNA data in a Seurat object, as well as a somatic variant calling VCF with annotated clones. Do you have any recommendations for tools or packages that could streamline this process?
