Identification of heterozygous sites of a single individual
Hello,
I have the raw data and genome assembly of an individual bird, and I would like to find all the heterozygous sites of the individual. What would be the best way of doing it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Zoe, can you please elaborate on the exact format of your data and how it has been produced? - thanks!
Hi Kevin, I think the genome assembly is in .fna format (if I downloaded the correct file). Information of the genome assembly including how it was produced can be found here https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/assembly/GCA_004027225.2. Many thanks! Zoe
